I enjoyed your review, Ben, and especially appreciated your response to some’s concerns about whether and how it conflicts with Christian faith.
My only complaint about the book is that the characterizations are all very thin, since Clarke is more interested in the Big Ideas. I think he does a better job with characters in 2010, so I will look forward to hearing your thoughts on that one!
