I really enjoyed your discussion. I can see where the habit of trying to game the ending of a book or television series can lead to disappointment with the author/ creator of a work. I agree with your assessment of gaming the book of Revelation. I have seen numerous incidences since the Vietnam era, that people thought we were in the “end times”, only to discover that we are not to the end of the story yet.
I could not agree more, especially regarding Revelation. One MUST learn to read the Bible especially, but every book for all it’s worth.
