  1. Didn’t Sam from Quantum Leap only jump between times from his own life-time?
I forgot Better Off Ted, that show was hilarious, and with Phil and Lem, you get a sci fi tie-in.
I can’t believe you didn’t mention Hawaii 5-0 as a ‘successful’ reboot..I am really enjoying watching this show on Netflix with my wife. As a bonus, you get a lot of LOST castaways showing up on the show like Hurley, Libby, the helicopter pilot guy, Desmond, Dr. Chang, Ethan, Hurley, and Locke. PLUS, as an added super bonus, Masi Oka (Hiro) from Heroes fame…infamy?.. is a regular, and Summer Glau (River Tam) from Firefly also appears in an episode.

One show I’d like to see more of is Alcatraz. I thought they were really onto something there and Jorge Garcia had found himself a nice role that I wish had been long term like Hurley. Parminder Nagra, Sam Neill, and Sarah Jones were well cast as well. Only one season was a bummer.

I’m with Philip on that one. My wife and I really enjoyed that show and regretted that it didn’t last to a second season. We also wished Joss Whedon’s “Dollhouse” would’ve been given more time to tell its story, but at least it did get to tell it.
